Project: Design and Build of 11 New Residential Homes, Rochester, Kent
Every Project Counts Ltd was delighted to secure the above project under a Design and Build Contract. The Scheme involved the reclamation of disused land in the centre of Historic Rochester and the new build of eleven 3 and 4 bedroom Luxury Houses. Our project team worked closely with the client to produce a beautiful development and our role included full planning application, building control approval, structural warranty provider and Mechanical and Electrical Drawings all with one point of contact project management.
Project: New Build Detached House
Client: Southend On Sea Borough Council
Our remit was to clear the existing waste ground and then complete the new build of a four bedroom detached house for the council housing stock. The build was the first council owned property built by SBC for 30 years. The project was completed in 6 months and received acclaim for its high quality and speed of project from all parties involved including the Mayor and Councillors.
Project: Chartwell Lodge - Finchley Central : Design & Build 5 Luxury Flats
Every Project Counts were contracted by a private client on a design and build basis to convert an existing dilapidated business premises into 5 no. luxury flats for sale to the general public.
Working closely with Premier Guarantee (structural warranty provider) the building was transformed into a luxury living space.
The scheme was carried out under permitted development planning consent and all flats were sold "off plan".
The finished project was a spectacular transformation.
