We have published our Carbon Reduction Plan 2026, which sets out our current emissions position, the measures we have already implemented and our practical pathway to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2035 for emissions within our organisational boundary.

As a principal contractor, we recognise that we have an important role to play in managing carbon through the way we plan, procure, deliver and review our projects. We will continue to develop our approach by improving data collection, engaging with our supply chain and embedding practical carbon reduction measures into our day-to-day operations.

Every Project Counts Ltd was pleased to support Manor Primary School in Dagenham with a donation of book vouchers to help enrich pupils’ reading experiences and support literacy development across the school.

The donation reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful social value in the communities where we work. Access to quality books plays an important role in children’s education and wellbeing, helping to build confidence, imagination and essential literacy skills. We are proud to make a positive contribution to Manor Primary School and to support the valuable work carried out by its staff for pupils and the wider community.

Every Project Counts are proud to be appointed to Eastern Procurement Ltd’s (EP) Fire Doors Lot on their latest Windows & Doors Framework, a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering success in the social housing sector.

EP is a trusted one-stop shop for social housing providers across the East of England. Through this latest framework, Every Project Counts can support members with the survey, design, manufacture, and installation of fire doorsets, including composite, timber and gerda manufactured fire doorsets in accordance with BS 8213-4:2016, to ensure that fire door replacements are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Following a competitive procurement process of 26 bidders, we're delighted to be one of the few selected for this Framework, thanks to our organisation's high scoring price-per-quality-point quality and values.

Every Project Counts is pleased to announce that we have joined The Design in Mental Health Network as a Corporate Member for 2025/2026.

At Every Project Counts, we deliver construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects across public sector buildings, including mental health facilities.

The Design in Mental Health Network brings together professionals from across industry, healthcare and lived experience to raise standards in the design and delivery of mental health environments. Through collaboration, shared learning and the promotion of good practice, the network supports the creation of spaces that contribute positively to recovery, dignity and long-term wellbeing.

Joining DIMHN aligns with our values as a people-focused contractor committed to quality, responsible delivery and long-term client partnerships. Membership provides access to sector insight, research and shared learning that strengthens our approach to delivering compliant and considered healthcare environments.

We were pleased to attend the East London & Essex Education and Governance Conference and Exhibition on 5th February 2026.

The event brought together professionals from across the education sector, providing a valuable opportunity to engage with delegates, share insights, and discuss the evolving needs of education environments.

Exhibiting within The Atrium, our team welcomed conversations throughout the morning and early afternoon, connecting with schools, academies, and sector partners to explore how we can support safe, compliant, and high quality learning spaces. These conversations provided valuable insight into current priorities, challenges, and future plans within education settings.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of this regional conference and look forward to continuing our engagement with education partners across East London and Essex.

We were pleased to attend the Design Workshop held at Chase Farm Hospital on Thursday 4th September, bringing together design teams, contractors, and a wide range of Trust stakeholders including clinical teams, estates representatives, and service users.

The workshop provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with those shaping the future of healthcare environments and to share insights on products, systems, and innovations that support high-quality, efficient delivery.

We appreciated the opportunity to contribute to the discussion and to support the development of consistent, high-quality solutions across the Trust’s future healthcare facilities.

As part of our engagement strategy with the communities we work within, Every Project Counts recently sponsored a Young Person S.T.A.R award for Havering Council this is a Special Thanks And Recognition Colleague Awards event.

We were honored to be able to present this award and have afternoon tea with the nominees and winners.

We are pleased to announce our appointment of a new 2.6m ward extension and fit out at Barnet, Enfield & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust.

The project completion date is December 2023, and our team our gearing up to commence in the coming weeks.
