The Scheme involved building a steel frame structure on the top of occupied flats below in a central London location. This presented our site team with many challenges which involved road closures for lifting equipment, temporary rehousing of occupants and liaising with adjoining owners regarding Party wall matters.
Our design and build a team not only dealt with all the above but designed a beautiful build that sold off plan.
Every Project Counts were contracted by a private client on a design and build basis to convert existing dilapidated business premises into 5no luxury flats for sale to the general public.
Working closely with Premier Guarantee (structured warranty provider) the building was transformed into a luxury living space.
The scheme was carried out under permitted development planning consent and all flats were sold ‘off plan’.
The finished project was a spectacular transformation.

The Scheme involved the reclamation of disused land in the centre of Historic Rochester and the new build of eleven 3 and 4 bedroom Luxury Houses.
Our project team worked closely with the client to produce a beautiful development and our role included full planning application, building control approval, the structural warranty provider and Mechanical and Electrical Drawings all with one point of contact with project management.
The build was complicated by archaeological remains on the historic site and by land reclamation. Our team worked closely with the conservation team and historical officers to produce a wonderful development that was all sold before completion.
