The excavation of the playground and new disabled access ramp took place over the summer holiday of 2022. The work was carefully planned so as not to disturb the cyclical repairs taking place at this time and to avoid clubs that were also scheduled in and around the playground.
Our team created a secure area and a logistics plan that was strictly adhered to thus enabling plant and machinery to be on-site and for the movement and delivery of heavy transport and equipment.
It was also very important not to disturb the surrounding residents during this holiday period and so our project manager held meetings and posted letters to residents and the community to describe the works and the potential impact.
This type of consideration was much appreciated by all stakeholders and the community and the project was completed within the programme ready for the children to return in September.

refurbishment project the Local Authority had commissioned. We were happy with the work,
which was undertaken in a professional and timely manner. Hence they are considered and

We had multiple Jobs done throughout the school and they completed them within the time given. They checked with me first to make sure if there were any problems that they came across during the works and then came up with a different solution so that the work is completed.
They have a very good customer services attitude to all around them and they deliver good quality work.
