Christie Road is located in the London Borough of Hackney and was built in the early 20th century. All the properties in the street are Grade 2 listed and Every Project Counts Ltd was contracted by Sanctuary Housing to upgrade the windows and doors, external building fabric and redecorations.
Working closely with the local conservation officer the works had to be both in keeping with the Grade 2 listing and meet current building standards.
Our team have overcome the many challenges a fully occupied street of residents can present by informing and communicating with the local community and being flexible wherever possible.
Being within an inner city location the logistics had to be carefully planned and coordinated so as not to inconvenience the residents, school and commuter traffic.
Meticulous planning has been crucial on the project and the whole team deserve high praise for the way they have addressed these issues.

Every Project Counts was first introduced to this school over five years ago for a window
refurbishment project the Local Authority had commissioned. We were happy with the work,
which was undertaken in a professional and timely manner. Hence they are considered and
welcome to quote for other school building projects as and when they arise, such as the recent
refurbishment of our staff toilets - which they designed and built with good feedback from staff.

We had multiple Jobs done throughout the school and they completed them within the time given. They checked with me first to make sure if there were any problems that they came across during the works and then came up with a different solution so that the work is completed.
