Spring Hill Tower

Harlow Council

The Spring Hills Tower roof replacement and associated works took place during the national lockdown. Special measures were introduced by EPC to control the spread of Covid-19 and these helped to contribute to a successful project outcome with no reported cases and no days lost due to the pandemic.

The high level works needed co-ordination and careful planning including close co-ordination with residents with regards access and satellite replacement and reinstatement. A presentation of the works and effects on the residents and local environment was presented to all the residents including a questions and answers forum, which proved to be very positive for all involved. The quality of work was praised by Harlow Council alongside the professionalism of our our project management team.
The successful outcome meant the project finished within programme, on budget and with no accidents or near misses and is testimony to the hard work and careful planning of the whole team.
